Dr. Sunil Gulati (M.Com, LLB, FCA, PhD) is the Founder and Senior partner of the firm. He has over 25 years of experience in profession, having specialization in Assurance and Taxation practice. He was a member of Central Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2001-2004, 1992-95) and member of Central Council of The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (1995-98). Prior to that, he was also the Chairman and Secretary of the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
During his chairmanship of Continuing Educational Professional Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2001, he was instrumental in publication of “Financial Due Diligence – A Perspective”, a leading guide for conducting due diligence by the members of the Institute. He also made significant contribution for members in industry during his tenure with the Committee for Members in Industry.
He has been the Engagement Leader on various Assurance & Taxation assignments undertaken by the firm, notable being KRIBHCO, DTTDC, Petrofils and NHPC.
Dr. Gulati has also made significant contribution to the Hospitality sector and has been associated with the Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI), the Apex Body of the four Regional Associations representing the Hospitality Industry. He has been a member of the Managing Committee of FHRAI for several years.
CA Kamal Kumar has over 25 years of experience in profession and having specialization in Company Law practice. He has provided consultancy to reputed companies in private sector. Besides, he also actively conducts bank audits for the firm.
He has a phenomenol academic record as evident from his ranks in B.Com (Hons) of Delhi University, Chartered Accountancy exam of the The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Cost & Works Accountancy exam of The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and Company Secretary exam of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
CA Sudhir Narula has over 16 years of experience in profession and specializes in the Tourism Sector. Besides, he is also an active contriobutor to the Firm’s Banking practice.
CA Anil Peshawari has over 23 years of experience in profession and having specialization in Management Consultancy practice. He has provided Management Consultancy to reputed companies in private sector.
CA Avdesh Mittal has over 25 years of experience in profession and specializes in Construction Consultancy and Project Finance practice. He has provided his expertise to not only companies in India but also in the Middle East Asia.
